1. Refunds for Subscription Services

- To be eligible for a refund, you must have not completed more than 50% of the training program. Once the program is more than halfway completed, refunds will not be processed.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
- If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following billing period. However, we do not offer refunds for any payments already made for the current billing period.
3. Personalized Programs
- For personalized training plans and assessments, refunds may only be issued within 7 days from the initial consultation if no training sessions have been conducted or materials delivered. Once the program has begun, we cannot offer refunds as these services are tailored specifically to your goals and needs.
4. Change of Mind
- If you change your mind about the services or no longer wish to continue with your training program, we are happy to discuss alternative solutions or offer a partial credit for future services. However, no refunds will be provided after the program has started.

- If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content or training sessions, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will offer a refund for any services that were inaccessible due to technical errors.
